Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Craft "Skyline"

In 1985, a single shot ignited a sports culture revolution. The long-awaited arrival of Michael Jordan coincided with the germination of the seeds for his eventual multibillion-dollar company. Even before Jordan won six championship rings or achieved GOAT status, his renown was solidified by the now-iconic "Jumpman" photograph, which shows him in his signature slam posture. The Air Jordan 1 will be released this Saturday, and it features the timeless colors from his almost 40-year-old shot of the city skyline. When seen from behind, the model's vibrant oranges and pinks along the mudguards turn into a lovely gradation of purples and blues that reflects the backdrop of the sunset above the canvas overlays. The full-length gradient is contrasted with a smooth, tumbled leather underlay with a clean white introduction, while the laces, mid-foot Swoosh, upper collar, and winged insignia all have jet-black accents. The custom-made box that mimics the classic shot and the aged "Sail" treated midsole are both finished with eye-catching red branding.
