AIR JORDAN 12 RETRO "Game Royal"
At the end of 2018, rumors began to circulate regarding the Air Jordan 12 “Game Royal.” Moreover, now, after much anticipation, the beloved black-and-blue Air Jordans are finally here. You would recognize the color blocking scheme right away as it is a reminiscent of Air Jordan 12 Flu Game. The only difference is that the iconic combo of red and black has been swapped for black and blue – another ultimate favorite of the masses.
Initially, the Air Jordan XII was released from 1996-97 when the Chicago Bulls were striving to win the championship the second time. The shoes released in five colorways, and it was the first Air Jordan to feature Zoom Air. Later on, they were retro-ed in 2003, 2004, 2008, 2009, 2011-13 and 2015-16.
Recently, the Air Jordan 12 has offered highly limited colorways such as the Wings, 12x PSNY, and OVO collaboration.
The brand is releasing an all-new Air Jordan 12 Game Royale as part of their Fall 2019 lineup. The Air Jordan 12 Retro features an upper made of the Black leather and contrasting nubuck panels, and that suede effect makes it all the cooler with a pebbled texture. There is a matching leather tongue with black accents on the text that says Two three and Jumpman logo paired with black rope laces. The branding remains prepared on the heel tab and the spine assuming 23 and the midsole made of blue rubber.
Speaking of Jumpman, there is a bit of history you should know. Michael Jordan, the renowned basketball player, has his shoe line with the Nike Brand, and this logo of Jumpman is a silhouette of him jumping.
Premium pebbled leather dresses up the upper of the shoe while the bold blue color is on the tongue, midsole, soft suede mudguard and the outsole for contrast. For comfort, Zoom Air is situated in the heel. The new Air Jordans are all set to arrive in stores in full family size at a standard prices.
