Job Opening for Web Administrator

Web Administrator is needed to perform the following duties:

  • Manage and maintain multiple e-commerce websites on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring uptime, stability, and performance.
  • Develop and run SQL queries to extract operational data, evaluate store performance, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Optimize website performance by refining HTML/CSS, compressing media, and applying best practices for page-load speed.
  • Coordinate real-time inventory synchronization between Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues, ensuring stable communication between platforms and payment gateways.
  • Analyze checkout and cart-flow data using SQL to reduce cart abandonment and improve conversion rates.
  • Identify and correct front-end display issues using responsive HTML/CSS frameworks for desktop and mobile.
  • Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify.
  • Oversee automated data-backup processes across Intrak, FlexPoint, Inventory Source, Salesforce, and Shopify.

Bachelor's Degree is required in  Information Systems or Computer Science or Information technology or Computer Information Sciences.
