Air Jordan 3 Retro “Desert Elephant”
The classic Air Jordan 3 will be available in a brand-new colorway called the "Desert Elephant" as part of Jordan Brand's Summer 2022 collection.The iconic Tinker Hatfield design that established MJ's partnership with Nike is back with a handmade twist. The "Desert Elephant" adds a refined appearance to any ensemble with its aged design (displayed with rich textures and earth tones). A customized sockliner honors the inspiration for the original while tumbled black leather pays homage to the classic "Black Cement" edition from 1994.
The elephant print overlays on these Air Jordan 3s have been refreshed with a more Natural Brown elephant texture, and they come in a "Black Cement" color blocking. It sports a Black leather upper with Rush Orange in place of Red and Fossil Rose-colored suede on the tongues, eyestays, and ankle collar. A little patch on the insoles that describes the formula used to manufacture the Jordan 3 is one of the shoe's other prominent features. The design is completed by a Sail midsole sitting on top of a classic Jordan 3 rubber outsole.
