Nike has formally brought back the Air Kukini, which was first introduced in 2000 and will be available in a new pixelated colorway.The performance-informed model was dressed in a whimsical "Pixel" style reminiscent of earlier Swoosh offerings with gaming themes. The entire upper features web-like covers that give it a semi-translucent appearance, while the base is made of breathable, moisture-wicking mesh, which features a variety of patterns and colors suggestive of LED lights. The "NIKE" text at the toe box and the sock liners adopt a pixelated aesthetic that furthers the Kukini's concept, while the sole units beneath the foot choose a straightforward color scheme that lets the top take center stage.
