The Nike Air Max 97 "Silver Bullet" reappeared in November to commemorate the silhouette's silver anniversary. After months of anticipation and teasing, the Air Max 97 "Gold Bullet" will be relaunched on March 1, the Beaverton brand's legendary Air Max Day. In 2018, the mudguard, mesh underlays, and heel were all gold, inspired by the Japanese bullet train. 

This pair, like it's 1999 predecessor, has "University Red" accents inside the embroidered Swooshes for vibrancy and jet-black components surrounding the sock liner and pull tabs for contrast. The set's monochromatic marbling is highlighted with a white midsole wash.
