30-Day Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Quick Quality Check: You may be asked to complete a short, 3-minute Quality Assurance check using your mobile phone to ensure the item is in its original condition.
Fast Processing: Once you submit your return or exchange request, we'll process it and send you a shipping label or QR code within 72 hours. For exchanges, we'll reserve your new item and ship it as soon as we receive the original item.
