Air Jordan 13 “Black/University Blue”
The unpublished pair keeps the color-blocking that the silhouette debuted with 25 years ago and is slated to be produced for both adults and children. The majority of the upper is made of leather and mesh, with portions along the profiles and at the medial collar deviating in both color and substance, adding a vivid blue suede to the mix. Jumpman emblems on the top of the tongue are also colored in a way that is fitting for the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, adding yet another release to the list of Air Jordan models that have done so since Michael Jordan joined NIKE, Inc. in 1984. The sole pieces underfoot complete the design in the titular "Black" and preserve the customary holographic finish of the panther eye-inspired decorations at the lateral heel.
