Air Jordan 7 Retro SE “Black/Olive”

Despite being one of Michael Jordan's championship-winning sneakers and designed by Tinker Hatfield, the Air Jordan 7 has never achieved the kind of regard that the Air Jordan 1, 3, 4, and 11 have. Needless to say, the model's 30th Anniversary celebration has been lackluster, with numerous AJ7 releases gathering dust on shelves. This new Air Jordan 7 Retro SE "Black/Olive" colorway, which pays homage to the classic "Bordeaux" hue while adding some updated accents, is hoping to break that trend. The same African-inspired design featured on the Air Jordan 7 "Afrobeats" and even the Air Jordan 7 Bin 23 from way back in 2010 can be found on the heel and forefoot.

The Cherrywood, Neutral Olive, Chutney, and Taxi blends are reminiscent of an unpublished sample of the AJ7, so perhaps that touch of nostalgia will boost the excitement for this future release. The Air Jordan 7 Retro SE "Black/Olive" is scheduled to release on January 7th.
